Your role will include…
Working closely with the Education Sales team, acting as a key point of contact for their existing customer base.
Develop strong relationships with customers and respond to incoming enquiries , qualifying leads , creating quotes , and processing orders .
Communicating with relevant internal & external product specialists to help you identify & present forwards appropriate solutions / products to customers.
Process quotes & orders , ensuring all information is accurately recorded.
Submit preferential pricing requests with the internal procurement team, or where necessary directly with suppliers.
Previous experience and skills…
Previous B2B customer service via telephone/email is essential.
Previous experience using CRM systems and/or order management systems is highly desired.
Experience working within the Technology industry is desired.
Experience working with Education sector clients would be beneficial but not essential.
Knowledge and interest in IT hardware and software is beneficial.
UK resident with unrestricted right to work in the UK; please note that we cannot offer visa sponsorship for overseas candidates .
