Exciting Opportunity: Chief Product and Technology Officer (CPTO) - International HealthTech Pioneer
Our client a international HealthTech company specialising in delivering innovative digital solutions.
They are seeking a CPTO to join their expanding business, with foundation in cutting-edge technology, they are at the forefront of transforming the everchanging Healthcare industry.

As the CPTO, you'll play a pivotal role in providing technical strategy and technical delivery across all facets of the business. Based in Yorkshire, you will be a crucial member of the leadership team, liaising with stakeholders, employees, and customers to ensure the company’s technologies are developed and utilised effectively.
This role will be reporting directly to the CEO of the company and will give you full autonomy over the technical side of the business.
Requirements:
Proven Leadership: Extensive experience in a CTO/CPTO level or similar leadership role. Must have operated at Exec/Board level and ideally have experience of dealing with investors.
People: Must have experience of creating high performing teams, be confident in managing performance and challenging.
Migration Expertise: Background in supporting with large scale system migration.
Technological Acumen: Deep understanding of relevant technological trends and ability to dive into technical detail.
Business Activity: Experience in budgets, commercial negotiation, and business planning.
Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills for effective leadership.
Problem-Solving: Aptitude for problem-solving.
Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership: Define and maintain the company’s technology strategy and platform roadmap.
Partnership Management: Identify, establish, and manage technology partnerships critical to their platform offering.
Team Development: Identify and develop technical competencies within the technical team aligned with the strategy and vision.
Client Engagement: Communicate and promote the company’s technical capabilities to clients and C-level executives.
Commercial Relationships: Manage licensing agreements with core technology partners.
Innovation Leadership: Lead teams in researching, developing, and implementing new technologies for a competitive advantage.
Infrastructure Oversight: Deliver suitable IT Infrastructure to support the business, including network, hardware, and third party software applications.
Compliance/ Security: Ensure management and maintenance GDPR compliance, Cyber Essential Plus and ISO 27001 certifications.
Financial Management: Monitor KPIs and IT budgets to assess technological performance.
Stakeholder Communication: Communicate technology strategy to customers, partners, and investors.
