An exciting contract opportunity has arisen with a leading banking client who is looking for a candidate to join their team on an initial 6 Month FTC (with the potential to extend) as a Senior Benefits Administrator across a truly variation of projects across all areas of the benefits business.

Working underneath a globally renowned Benefits team with true leaders in their space, as the Senior Benefits Administrator you will be in their London, City office on a hybrid basis. As a Senior Benefits Administrator, you will be able to utalise your experience of working in a fast-paced, complex global organisation, to help their EMEA team deliver even stronger service to their employees. In this position, you will be supporting the firm’s Benefits team in order to help efficiently and competitively serve their employees’ benefits programs

During the contract some of your duties will include;

Expertly dealing with queries from internal employees and external vendors as and when necessary

Liaising with the team and external parties to organise large scale events relating to benefits; including third-party vendors

Working to ensure benefit risks and invoicing are all logged correctly within the correct HRIS
