Working from their modern offices in Leeds City Centre, this will be an important and varied role which will include:
Lead the development and execution of comprehensive business strategies
Oversee and enhance relationships with existing executive clients, ensuring exceptional service delivery and client satisfaction.
Identify and cultivate new partnerships, and deepen existing relationships to maximize business opportunities and revenue.
Utilise internal reporting tools to analyse key performance metrics, market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for innovation and growth.
Lead the team, providing guidance, setting performance goals, and fostering a culture of success and accountability.
Monitor and report on business development metrics, providing insights and recommendations to the Senior Leadership Team
Ensure that all business development activities comply with relevant regulations and ethical standards, particularly in digital marketing and financial services.
Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and meetings, enhancing the company's visibility and reputation in the market.
What do we need from you :
Proven successful experience in a BDM position in Financial Services with a strong knowledge of the financial planning industry
Prior experience in implementing strategy and new processes
Previous experience in managing a team with a focus on commercial and partnership management
Comfortable liaising with senior Directors and Stakeholders
Skills in managing large-scale projects and initiatives.
