Customer Service Partner

As the face/voice of LeMieux, the successful candidate will be articulate, positive, and outgoing – a real “people person”. This role will involve talking to retailers and sales executives globally by telephone and email, offering product advice, assisting with general enquiries, and taking and processing sales orders.

You will have the responsibility of complaint handling and turning a potentially negative customer experience into a positive one and therefore are vitally important to the Company’s reputation.

Skills Required

Previous pro-active account management experience is essential, as the successful candidate will be required to assist our sales team and B2B customers with a wide range of enquiries which requires a professional, friendly, and confident telephone manner with top-notch writing skills (including excellent grammar and spelling).

Proven background in a target driven sales and/or customer service environment.

Ability to multi-task and work under pressure is essential as this is a busy, fast-paced environment.

You will have a customer centric outlook and be confident using your own initiative and deliver end to end outstanding customer experience.

Display a flexible and willing attitude to support various wider business departments as workload allows/demands.

Full training will be provided however, you will need to be computer literate with a good working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel and be confident in learning new IT systems.

A sound equestrian background: preferably with competition experience and an excellent understanding of equine products is essential.
