Description
Key Responsibilities:
Contacting clients via email and phone to collect outstanding monies owed to the business
Arranging payment plans and and resolve outstanding debts
Maintain accurate details of customer interactions and payment plans made on the customer portal
Investigating accounts who have not paid and finding the root cause
Speaking with internal departments on billing queries
Monitor payment plan arrangements and ensure they are staying within the agreed terms
Providing monthly updates to management on the status of accounts
Profile
Successful candidate:
Worked in a similar role previously
Excellent communication skills
Excellent organisation skills
Ability to work alone and as part of a time
Meet timed deadlines
Job Offer
Salary up to £26000 per annum (with a bonus of up to £500 per month) + 25 days holiday (banks on top) + private health care + pension.
