To be a successful Sewing Operations Manager, the following skills and experiences are essential: A background as a seamstress, seamster, sewer or similar role within a sewing workroom
Knowledge of individualised, made to measure or bespoke products
Experience of operations management with an understanding of budgets
Strong people management
Experience of continuous improvement methods and the ability to increase productivity
An eye for detail and an understanding of the quality levels required for luxury, premium products
In return, you will receive a salary of £40,000-£45,000 per annum. The role is site based but the organisation supports flexible hours.
