Our client serves thousands of customers every month all over the UK! Working with clients in the construction, engineering and manufacturing industries, they are trusted for their expertise and innovative solutions.
Our client is now searching for driven and highly motivated graduates to join their team as National Sales Executives.

Role :
Gain a comprehensive understanding of the company, their offering and the industry they work within
Deal with inbound sales enquiries via phone or email, plus all follow-up actively associated with the enquiry
Make outbound calls to first time customers, answering queries, identifying new opportunities, chasing quotes and pending orders and to build customer relationships
Create, manage and convert customer quotes using the system and process provided
Process customer orders ensuring all customer information and related admin is fully complete and accurate
Proactively identify new business opportunities amongst out existing customer base, seeking cross sell and upsell opportunities
Build and maintain strong relationships with top customers to maintain and grow their accounts year on year
Requirements:
Educated to degree level
Possess exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
Comfortable working in a target driven environment
Self-motivated, with a strong desire to succeed
Previous customer service experience (no matter how small)
