Providing training and career development opportunities for staff.
Working within a flexible 24-hour rota system, including evenings and weekends.
Requirements:
Essential:
Good communication, teamwork, and leadership skills.
Willingness to undertake training.
Full UK driving licence or working towards gaining a full driving licence.
Diploma level 3 in Children and Young People.
Aged 22 or above.
Willingness to partake in on-call duties (Additional £50 per day).
Minimum 2 years' experience of working in a caring environment with young people.
Desired:
Experience of working with mental health service users.
1 year experience in team leading/senior roles.
