You will be responsible for the smooth daily running of the business, which will involve rotas & labour controls, line cleaning, cellar management, working with kitchen team on food standards, promoting food & drink specials, work closely with our social media team to maintain a fresh social media presence, maintaining standards of cleaning, recruitment & team training, keeping accurate records/paperwork, till & cash controls and control of all stock and ensuring customers satisfaction.
You must have exceptional customer service and communication skills, you will need to be a hands-on leader that sets the standard and leads from the front, attention to detail, an outgoing personality, ability to work well under pressure and have a sound understanding about P&L/financial controls.
Previous experience of working in a high-volume bar/restaurant is essential.
You will be required to work as the business need dictates include evenings, weekends & late nights.
A flexible approach to work and your own transport are preferred.
