Day to Day of the role:
Supporting 360 recruitment process, from advert to interview and induction, including Summer Placements and Graduate Schemes
Leading on employee relations (grievance and disciplinary matters) and providing HR best-practice advice across the full employment lifecycle
Delivering internal L&D workshops
Assisting with HR projects and other tasks (e.g. reviewing learning materials and EDI reporting)
Ideal Skills & Qualifications:
Degree in a relevant discipline or working towards CIPD level 5 qualification
Previous HR experience including Case Management ideally within a Professional Services Environment
Ability to work collaboratively and independently
