The role of Pastry Sous Chef:

This is an all-round desirable opportunity reasonable hours (predominantly Monday-Friday/daytimes), quality establishment with excellent benefits and a people centric culture.

Working in a mid-level management role within the Pastry team of one of Londons most respected clubs. As a Pastry Sous Chef, you will help to deliver consistently high standards of patisserie mis-en-place and service for the Restaurants, Banqueting, Bar and Room Service.

What were looking for in a Pastry Sous Chef:

A classically trained Pastry Sous Chef who has gained experience within leading hotels, clubs and event caterers at Pastry Sous or Pastry Junior Sous Chef level. Everything is made in house so you need knowledge of a variety of hot and cold desserts, ice creams, tempered chocolate, and larger scale mis-en-place for events.

A positive leader who will help motivate and mentor a small pastry team, whilst promoting the company values. Your organisational skills and attention to detail will be vital in maintaining excellence.
