Responsibilities:
Assist the mortgage advisors in preparing and processing mortgage applications from start to finish.
Liaise with clients, lenders, and solicitors to ensure smooth progress of mortgage applications.
Maintain accurate client records and documentation in compliance with regulatory requirements.
Coordinate with insurance providers to facilitate the purchase of financial protection products.
Provide administrative support to the mortgage advisory team, including scheduling appointments and managing correspondence.
Handle client inquiries and provide exceptional customer service at all times.
Requirements:
Previous experience in a mortgage administration role is preferred but not essential.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and mortgage administration software.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
A proactive and self-motivated attitude with a willingness to learn.
CeMAP qualification is desirable but not essential.
