Where does this role fit in?

As the Creative Director at ITG working on one of our retail/fashion based clients account, you will spearhead the creative vision and strategy for the brand, ensuring that all campaign and content resonate with the target audience and drive brand awareness, build brand loyalty, and increase sales. You will collaborate closely with the client's marketing team and to develop compelling and innovative campaigns that elevate category credibility and consideration.

Key responsibilities:

Lead the development and execution of creative concepts for campaigns, including in-store, print, digital, and social media.

Translate client briefs and brand guidelines into engaging visual and copy elements that align with the brand's identity and target audience.

Manage a team of designers, copywriters, and art directors, providing guidance and feedback to ensure high-quality work that meets client expectations and deadlines.

Oversee the production process, from concept development to final delivery, ensuring consistency and excellence in all deliverables.

Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in fashion and interiors marketing to continuously innovate and differentiate the brand in a competitive market.

Demonstrate a deep understanding of the retail industry and the target audience's preferences and behaviours.

What are your qualities?

Skills and experience required:

Previous experience leading a Creative team within an agency or brand-side, ideally in the fashion category.

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and other relevant design software.

Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Strong stakeholder management skills.

Extensive experience in driving brand reappraisal through brand building.
