Responsibilities include: - Monitor CCTV for college and ensure security of staff and visitors - Maintain accurate records of incidents that occur and escalate when necessary - Answer the telephone and direct calls to the relevant department - Deal with incoming and outgoing mail, ensuring sent in a timely manner - Maintain a clean working environment - Monitor car and bicycle parking and instruct visitors - General administrative duties when required
