My client is one of the biggest Global Production Agency and they are looking to onboard another Design Lead to work on two of their largest clients.*
Working closely with the creative, client services, strategy and delivery teams, you’ll help rollout toolkits that build on, and dovetail with, above the line campaign creative — the challenge is to both retain the integrity of the ATL work and adhere to shopper principles.
You will also be responsible for looking after and inspire more junior members of the creative team.
The ideal candidates will come with the following experience
Previous proven experience in a similar position
Experience developing strategic concepts, produce shopper toolkits and face design challenges around creating numerous and varied marketing materials.
Oversee the delivery of creative output that’s tailored to be effective in locations where the cultural context is different.
You’ll help develop brand experiences, POS, digital content and expert marketing
Extensive experience using the full adobe creative suite

The salary for this role is up to £62,000, depending on background & experience.
