Are you a detail-oriented professional with excellent communication skills? They are seeking a Contracts Coordinator to join the team. In this role, you'll play a crucial part in managing contracts, resolving issues, and collaborating with stakeholders and various departments.Responsibilities:
Contract Management:
Handle contract administration, including drafting, reviewing, and maintaining contracts.
Issue Resolution:
Address any disputes or issues related to orders promptly and efficiently.
Stakeholder Communication:
Engage with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth contract execution.
Collaboration:
Work closely with other team members and departments to achieve organisational goals.Requirements:
Computer Literacy:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
SAP (Desirable):
Familiarity with SAP software is advantageous but not essential.
