Role :
Proactively research and identify potential leads through various channels, including online research, social media and industry events
Utilise outbound prospecting techniques such as cold calling, emailing, and social outreach to create a pipeline of qualified leads
Engage with prospects to understand their needs and assess their potential as qualified leads
Evaluate and qualify leads based on predefined criteria, ensuring alignment with the company's target customer profile
Initiate and maintain contact with leads through consistent follow-up, nurturing relationships to move them through the sales funnel
Work closely with the sales team to transfer qualified leads and provide necessary information for a seamless transition
Track and report key performance metrics, including lead generation, conversion rates, and other relevant data
Provide regular updates on lead qualification progress and contribute to ongoing sales strategy discussions
