As an Oracle Cloud Government Practice Lead, you will:
Architect, design and deliver Oracle ERP cloud solutions for government/public sector bodies. Lead business development within Government for Oracle platforms. Be accountable for delivery of Oracle ERP cloud transformation programs. Demonstrate credibility and build strong relationships with senior client stakeholders. Architect client specific solutions based on Oracle products. Collaborate as a key member of the delivery and sales team to represent the solution offering to the client buyer and other internal Accenture groups. Understand and clearly define the input required to create cost estimates. Prepare the cost model estimates to deliver the defined scope of services. Be able to relate the implications of solution changes on the project costing, commercials and delivery risk; use sound judgement and communication in the related decision-making. Mentor and coach more junior members of the team.
We are looking for experience in the following skills:
Extensive previous experience of working in a consultancy environment within Government domain. Understanding of delivery methodology pertaining to Government programs Good understanding of key Government processes and ability to understand, create and/or Orchestrate responses to Government RFI/RFPs. Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and colleagues. Full lifecycle implementations on Oracle R12/ERP Cloud Experience in Oracle ERP Cloud architecture, roadmap and blue printing. Experience designing and implementing Finance solutions incorporating Oracle and third-party solution components. Understand and translate client requirements into solution definition, observing experience of standard finance process best practice. Ability to effectively communicate the implications of complex technical concepts to senior, non-technical audiences.
Set yourself apart:
Confidence in presenting challenging points of view to client audiences. Experience structuring activities that play to a team's strengths and provide opportunities for others to grow. Workstream team lead experience - leading, mentoring and developing our people. One or more Oracle ERP Cloud Certifications Professional Qualification (ACA, CIMA, ACCA, CFA) is preferable. Exposure in one of the following areas: Business Intelligence, analytics and/or robotics process automation Design Thinking concepts – able to brainstorm, problem-solve and present ideas using a variety of design thinking methods available. Strong understanding of Agile delivery methodologies
