Payroll Manager

Job Description We have an exciting and new opportunity for a Payroll manager to join our busy and friendly payroll function in Milton Keynes .The ideal candidate will have extensive payroll experience (ideally CIPP qualified) with experience of working in a busy and large organisation. Your responsibilities will include: Manage the end to end processing of the payrolls
Manage Payroll team, lead, motivate and coach
HMRC reconciliation and payment over
FPS & EPS submission and reconciliation
Pension management
Monthly pension reconciliations and submitting contribution files to pension scheme providers.
Ensuring adherence to GDPR and any breaches are escalated accordingly.
Production and circulation of system reports and analytics within the agreed timeframes.
Maintaining payroll procedures and implementing process change.
Ensure high levels of confidentiality and integrity are always maintained. Develop and maintain strong partnerships with all stakeholders to provide an efficient payroll service to the business.
Monthly reporting to business
Ensuring all processes and procedures (SOP’s) are relevant and kept up-to-date with current legislation

Year End Processing
Manage relationships with internal stakeholders dealing with queries
Ensuring Legislation is updated and communicated out to the team
Manage escalations
We are looking for someone who can demonstrate experience in: Providing a proactive and customer-centric approach
Intermediate Microsoft Excel & Word
Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise effectively
Ability to communicate clearly
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
