Finance Assistant / Bookkeeper

Nottingham

A professional services firm in Nottingham are recruiting a Finance Assistant / Bookkeeper job vacancy. The role will mainly be an internal finance position but can be coupled with external bookkeeping duties for clients, depending on the volume of work.

The role will involve bookkeeping, invoicing and credit control. It will be more credit control-heavy to begin with, but gradually this work will decrease and other duties can be added to the role including VAT returns and bookkeeping for external clients.

The role will involve the use of Xero software.

They are happy for somebody to work part-time 3-4 days per week in this role, although full-time may be considered.
