Conveyancing Assistant
Location: Stratford-Upon-Avon
£23,000 - £25,000
Our client are seeking a Conveyancing Assistant to join their busy Conveyancing Department. You'll be a crucial part of a thriving team, supporting a Conveyancing Team Leader and Conveyancer to ensure seamless client experiences throughout transactions.
Responsibilities:
File opening and accompanying procedures, to include production of confirmation of instruction letters, updating central records and the entering of entities and capacities on each new client/matter file
Updating cases
Co-ordinating exchange of contracts
Applying for searches on purchase transactions
Preparing Contract documentation for the clients to sign
Preparing the accounts packages and co-ordinating completions
Dealing with the post-completion work
Deal with incoming calls from clients, estate agents and solicitors
Qualifications:
Prior experience in a similar paralegal role within conveyancing essential.
Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
Demonstrated enthusiasm, hard work, and initiative.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to complete tasks promptly.
Excellent attention to detail.
