Our client is a leading manufacturer, with a reputation for product quality which is second to none and industry leading standards. Due to continued customer growth they are looking for a Production Manager.
Role & Responsibilities:
Part of thre Management team- working on the Night shift
Management of around 25 staff members includng Production Operatives and Machine Minders
This is a hands off role- Managing Absences, Holidays, one-to-ones, Disciplinaries, Productivity ect.
Managing KPIs and ensuring they are met
Quality Checking
Reporting accidents and incidents
Knowledge, Skills & Experience:
Have experience of Management in a production environmemt
Familiar with the night shift
IOSH or NEBOSH would be an advantage
