Role: Recruitment Consultant – Construction & Geotechnical Division

Who We're Looking For:
Experience, Understanding or an Interest in Marketing. This role will be working with global and SME Construction & Geotechnical businesses across the UK. Ideally you will have experience working with these businesses, or within a Construction position previously. Alternatively, if you have studied Construction & Geotechnics or find the industry exciting/interesting, that will be essential.

What You'll Do
Work with existing, long-standing clients, supporting them find the best talent in the market.
Develop, maintain and grow new business.
Be creative in how you identify, connect, and build relationships with key candidates in your market.
You will be working alongside your manager to develop and grow the team even further to 10+ headcount.

What You'll Bring
Proven track record of success within permanent commercial recruitment, or proven success in a sales position.
Strong understanding of the marketing industry.
Experience or desire to manage a team of successful salespeople through personal development, performance management and the setting of key, smart objectives.
Strong sales and account management experience.
Career focused with a desire to quickly progress and driven by success.
Ability to nurture internal and external relationships.
Strong communication skills both verbally and written.
You must be ambitious, energetic, and hard working.
