The first phase of the castle is due to open late spring/summer which will be an exciting time. We currently have an exciting opportunity available within Food & Beverage primarily based in the Castle and at various locations throughout the estate. Playing an important role in delivering the DLC culture to create memorable visits and experiences for our members and their visiting guests.

Each day is varied, with the opportunity to develop your experience within a wide range of facilities while playing a leading role in ensuring we create memorable experiences for our members and their guests.

Part of a close-knit team you will collaborate with colleagues throughout the club to create memorable moments for our members and visiting guests at their home from home making sure each visit is unique. Our food and beverage team provide hospitality to those visiting and using the castle facilities. Whether they are visiting for a day and have lunch or drinks or staying overnight for a few days with us in one of the suites, having morning coffee and breakfast, afternoon snacks and evening dinner and drinks.

Our Glenlyon Estate offers a truly Scottish experience from start to finish with baronial style feasting and will offer produce from our very own working farm such as game, eggs, fruits and berries the estate services up.

The choice of food outlets will increase again with the opening of the castle offering a Tavern, fine dining hall, champagne and caviar room, whisky bar, and the Chinese drawing room. Each with a distinct characteristics and exceptional service.

Making sure all the linen, cutlery, crockery and glasses are clean, polished and ready, drinks and ice are stocked, and you have a good knowledge of the food on offer that day. Well give you the opportunity to get creative and will back your ideas.

Offering drinks and snacks, lunch or afternoon tea or an afternoon cocktail or whisky or serving their dinner in the evening, a night cap and wishing them a good nights rest. We are people who like to do things differently that makes for a truly unforgettable experience and redefines what service can be.

Experience from a high-volume quality 4 or 5 star multi-outlet operation, Private Events or from a quality food led high street restaurant will be considered a bonus. We are looking for experienced front of house Hybdrids that understand laid-back luxury.

To be successful you will have attention to detail to be able to deliver a luxury experience with a warm, casual style letting your genuine personality shine through. You will get to know and build relationships with the members; their families and friends as you welcome them time and time again.
