This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a team of 11 experienced individuals. The team are a highly motivated and stable team who are looking for someone who is hard working with great attention to detail. You will be supporting the Operations team with a variety of different admin tasks. This is a varied role with a supporting team to learn from.
The role
Daily and monthly reporting.
Support with the admin for the Company Car Fleet.
Travel requests across the company for flights, car hire and hotel bookings.
Process mass market orders.
Support with stock movement and stock reconciliation.
Credit card monthly reconciliation.
Staff expenses.
First point of contact to visitors.
The person
You must have great attention to detail.
Basic Excel experience.
Must have excellent written English.
Ability to work across various systems.
Ideally you will have Admin experience.
Must be a team player.
