Our client is seeking a Management Assessor to join their team for 3 days a week on a 2 year FTC.
This is delivery of the level 3 and level 5 apprenticeships (ILM & CMI)
Purpose:
To monitor and assess learners, ensuring they have access and opportunity to achieve the qualifications set out in their individual learning plan.
Co-ordinate and manage the process of training, learning, assessment and verification through Apprenticeship Standards.
Determine and develop training plans and where necessary negotiate opportunities for delivery through managed experience.
Liaise and assist the customers to establish their recruitment and training needs assist with any screening process.
To be proactive in developing relationships with members, clients and colleagues to contribute to the development of new business and the retention of existing customers.
Key duties and responsibilities:
To be responsible for and manage the achievement of learners to meet the 'Individual's Learning Plan' targets, ensuring timely achievements of their Programme.
Maintain monitoring reviews on a frequency that does not extend outside eight weeks.
To assess learners progress by various means of assessment and provide progress feedback and progress reports to learners and managers, to include identifying where appropriate learners at risk.
