We're currently hiring a motivated Farm Sales Advisor to join our growing team.
The Farm Sales Advisor is a field-based position within the EX region. If you are passionate about promoting sustainable farming practices and have experience in sales within the farming industry, we encourage you to apply below!
Responsibilities
Growing and expanding sales of our premium products including fertilisers, soil conditioners, and animal nutrition/welfare solutions on farms.
You will build long-term relationships with the local farming community as you will formulate customised recommendations to farmers, by conducting comprehensive soil, crop, and livestock analysis.
Advise farmers on speciality products, understanding their challenges.
Plan your own days/weeks with the comprehensive CRM system.
Building long term working relationships with new and existing distributors
To be successful in this role, you will need:
Demonstrable agricultural sales experience
Strong communication skills and commercial awareness, with the ability to build good relationships with farmers and growers
The ability to work independently in a field-based role
A full clean UK driving license
FACTS qualified (or be willing to work towards this)
