We are seeking an Account Manager to join our team, offering dedicated account management and sales expertise to the leading names in the Pharmaceutical, Biotech, and Medical Device industries. ***This position can be managed remotely from anywhere in Europe. The primary requirement is fluency in German.***

Your Mission Should You Choose to Accept:

Embarking on this journey with Rephine means being at the heart of key global projects, with responsibilities that include:

Serve as the lead contact point for clients in your territory

Establish, nurture and grow trusted, consultative relationships with client stakeholders

Secure new business from existing relationships and prospect for new contacts, leads, and opportunities

Negotiate sales that satisfy client requirements and maximise profit

Build a pipeline of business and manage this throughout all stages of the sales cycle to ensure timely delivery of reports or services

Collaborate with internal teams to propose and deliver appropriate services to meet your clients’ needs

Be conversant in the full range of the company’s services

Enter, maintain and manage records in Salesforce, according to the process and to the quality standards defined in our SOP

Monitor and track key account metrics/KPIs (e.g. monthly/quarterly revenue, renewal rates, win/loss ratio)

Be responsible for an annual sales revenue target

This Role Is Tailor-Made for You If You Have:

Excellent oral and written communication in English

Native German

Demonstrable track record of successful business to business (B2B) selling

Highly organised and structured in approach

Analytical thinking

Solution finding

Flexible and adaptable to a rapidly changing environment

Proven capability to meet targets and deadlines

Pride in the work you do

Desire to excel

Experience of using a CRM system (Salesforce a plus)

Strong computer literacy (standard suite of MS Office personal productivity tools)

Fluency in a second European language is highly desirable ( Spanish or other European languages specifically)

2-3 years’ sales experience

Experience in the life sciences industry desired
