The Role:
Liaising with customers daily both over the phone and email
Overseeing the full customer journey from processing to invoicing
Create and maintain strong working relationships with customers and stakeholders
Prepare and send relevant documents
Process orders
Deal with updates/complaints where necessary
The Candidate:
Experience in a similar role
Strong customer service skills although there is no a lot of calls
Excellent attention to detail, works well under pressure
Process driven
Prior experience working with an ERP system desirable (or other relevant system)
