TRM is currently partnering with a technology recruitment agency actively seeking experienced recruiters to join their team in London. This role is ideal for someone who wants to grow into leadership in the future but is sick of the bureaucratic nature of some larger organisations or if you are working for a firm that isn't growing.
The Business
Founded in 2016 (business owners previously scaled a recruitment company to 8 Figure Turnover), one founder still generates fees and regularly bills more than £1.5m.
Tech Recruitment business, verticals Software Engineering, Data, Emerging Tech & Change & -Transformation client focus with Buy-Side FS (Hedge Funds, Asset Managers)
Recently launched an emerging tech desk (Web3, Blockchain)
Average deal size - £25,000 UK $40,000 US.
The Opportunity
They have a headcount of 50, split between 2 UK offices and 1 in America, with plans to reach 100 over the coming years. Top performers last year billed close to £1m in revenue, and several others are nearing the £500k mark.
The desk available is Change & Transformation into Hedge Funds, Asset Managers, Buy-Side Financial Services (Experienced in this vertical would be preferred but not essential)
Starting Salary - DOE
Why would someone join?
After five years with the business, the Top Performer works in the London office and generates just shy of £1m (they will earn over £250k!).
Future leadership opportunities (They have a history of promoting within. Their current Head of London joined them as a Grad) History of getting people promoted to Principal/Team Leader within 24 months.
(Senior Cons are billing between £200k - £400k)
Opportunity to relocate to the US in the future.
