About the Role
As Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of projects and engagements to help ensure Insight222 delivers exceptional experiences for our clients. Working closely with an extended Operations and Delivery team, your job will be to coordinate people and processes to ensure that our projects are delivered on time and produce the desired results.
You will be the go-to person for everything involving a project’s organisation and timeline. You will be working closely with team members across Insight222 and will serve as an integral part of the project team in delivering all products and services – providing you with a diverse set of experiences and requiring the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously. You will be instrumental in helping make sure we deliver business value – on schedule, within the specified scope, and on budget.
Key Responsibilities
Project Management
Manage projects across Insight222 including consulting, learning, and program engagements, research studies, co-creation projects, and more
Develop and manage a detailed project schedule and work plan for each project
Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope, within budget, and meeting client/team expectations
Provide project updates at an agreed cadence
Track project costs in order to meet budget and help generate invoices
Coordinate internal resources needed to reach objectives and manage utilisation of resources in an effective and efficient manner
Monitor project progress and alert project team to risks to project execution
Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs via change control procedures.
Stakeholder Engagement and Communications
Manage the relationship with clients and internal stakeholders
Schedule and manage all project meetings, stakeholder interviews, workshops, and client events
Information Management
Thoroughly record/document client conversations, including stakeholder interviews and group sessions
Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
Quality Assurance
Ensure that all our deliverables are fit for purpose, and address the needs identified in the project scope of work
Core Requirements
5+ years in human resources or strategic consulting project management roles
Strong experience managing and coordinating a portfolio of projects concurrently, with the ability to prioritise in the face of competing project demands
Very good knowledge of project management techniques and experience using project management tools (such as Asana/Microsoft Project)
Ability to work as part of a team and independently
Ability to inspire confidence and provide leadership to all stakeholders on a project
Demonstrable flexibility and adaptability in a project environment where all requirements and constraints are not always clearly defined
Excellent listening and communication skills
Experience in client management with a high a customer-centric attitude.
The ability to establish working relationships at all levels of the client organisation and to interact with stakeholders confidently
High creativity skills with an excellent knowledge of PowerPoint
Interest in People Analytics & Human Resources
Strong business acumen skills
Advanced skills in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Solid organisational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills

Culture and Compensation
· Base Salary: 50,000 – 60,000 GBP (dependent on experience)
· Profit Sharing Bonus (expected 5%)
Work Location
Insight222 is headquartered in Liverpool Street, London in a shared office environment. We operate a fully hybrid model for our team. We have a wholly owned subsidiary in the USA with employees working remotely and on client site when needed. This role will be based out of our London Hub.
