HR Business Partner

As HR Business Partner will be part of a leading global engineering organisation, leading HR across several sites in the UK.
As HR Business Partner you will provide both operational and consultative HR Guidance and support across the UK businesses
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include
* Liaise and work with business leaders to identify key issues impacting operational goals, and offer strategic solutions
* Provide guidance and assistance to salaried employees and managers on a wide range of human resource issues, including employee relations, conflict resolution, performance and compensation management, employee retention and engagement, workplace accommodations, and employment legislation, HR policies and people programs
* Collaborate with HR team on new initiatives, process implementation and leverage team expertise in planning and delivering functional initiatives to your respective client group
* Communicate, facilitate, and/or present HR programs and roll-outs at the divisional and site level and work with leaders to develop and retain talent
* Actively participate in HR project work, such as development of new human resources strategies for the organisation as a whole
Experience required
* CIPD educated or equivalent
* Considerable professional-level generalist human resources experience, ideally in a Business Partner role
* Previous expeirence in engineering field
* Standalone or startup company experience
