Collaborating with sales and management teams to establish appropriate credit terms
Issuing accurate and timely invoices to customers

Cultivating positive relationships with customers and addressing inquiries regarding invoices and outstanding balances
Providing management with insights and recommendations for credit-related decisions

Your Skills & Experience:
Proven experience as a Credit Controller or in a similar financial role
Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office applications
Sound knowledge of credit management principles and practices
Strong analytical skills and the ability to make informed decisions
Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
Familiarity with relevant legal and regulatory frameworks
Professional certifications in credit management (e.g. CICM) would be advantageous
