Internal Recruitment Advisors Responsibilities.
As an Internal Recruitment Advisor, you will play a key role in sourcing, attracting, and selecting the best talent to support our company's growth. You will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process for a variety of roles, with a focus on high-volume recruitment and conducting assessment centres.
Partner with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and develop effective sourcing strategies.
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job posting and candidate screening to offer negotiation and onboarding.
Utilise various sourcing channels, including job boards, social media, and networking, to attract a diverse pool of candidates.
Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit for the role.
Coordinate and facilitate assessment centres, including designing assessment exercises and evaluating candidate performance.
Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment metrics and KPIs to stakeholders.
Stay up-to-date on recruitment best practices and industry trends to continuously improve recruitment processes.
Internal Recruitment Advisors Experience
Previous experience in internal recruitment, with a focus on high-volume recruitment and assessment centre management.
Proven track record of successfully sourcing and attracting top talent for a variety of roles.
Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices, including candidate sourcing techniques and interview assessment methods.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and stakeholders.
Highly organised with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in recruitment software and Microsoft Office Suite.
