This well-known brand are looking for a Lead Data Scientist to join their existing & expanding team.
THE ROLE
As a Lead Data Scientist for the business you will:
Translate senior stakeholders requirements into a clear roadmap for the Data Science team
Analyse customer data to understand the customer journey and build customer churn models
Build recommendation systems for more personalised marketing to customers
Work with engineers to productionise Machine Learning models
Manage a team small of Data Scientists
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
Strong academic background to Degree level in a numerical subject
Commercial experience as a Data Scientist
Experience deploying models into production in a cloud environment.
Experience working in a customer-facing industry is essential
Team management experience
Good communication skills
Tech: Python, SQL, AWS / GCP / Azure
SALARY AND BENEFITS
Basic salary - £65,000-£75,000
