Description
Key Responsibilities:
Managing own client ledger as well as helping and working alongside other team members
Speaking with fee earners, partners, and stakeholders and having good client management
Liaising with clients over phone and email to collect outstanding monies owed
Dealing with complex queries
Cash Allocation
Accurately documenting each contact made and segmenting the ledger using our query coding system
Updating notes on the system to ensure efficient work amongst the team
Profile
Successful candidate:
Excellent communication skills
Worked in a similar role previously
Attention to detail
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Ability to work to timed deadlines
Job Offer
Salary up to £28000 per annum + 25 days holiday (plus banks) + Work from home + Pension + Private health care.
