Set across three floors, this historic building is now home to a tapas restaurant, Hacienda style bar known for smart cocktails by candlelight, and late night club Canvas, which keeps the party going all the way through until 3am.
Arta is full of surprises, from our artwork-laden main bar, to a very special surprise come 11pm every weekend. Over the years, we have also built a solid reputation for hosting events, and have been lucky enough to be nominated and shortlisted for several awards for our wedding services. We are looking for an experienced and talented Deputy General Managerto join our fantastic venue.

The Role:
As Deputy General Manager, your role will include:
supporting sales growth
controlling costs
Ensuring consistently excellent customer service is delivered.
Managing service standards and staff development.
accountability for specific shifts and the full unit in the absence of senior management
The Person:
The ideal candidate will have:
Experience in a similar role.
Great leadership skills and enjoy working as part of a team in a social environment.
The ability to communicate at all levels
A strong commercial awareness
Availability to work shifts, including evenings and weekends as per business needs.
