Submission and payment of monthly CIS and VAT returns.
Production of consolidated management accounts and balance sheet reconciliations.
Assist with Group consolidation and board pack production at month end.
Maintain controls in the business and help enforce compliance with legal and accounting regulations.
Support the development of the department apprentice.
Assist with yearend audit requests and statutory accounts preparation.
Assist with annual budget preparation.
Ad hoc analysis and reporting as required by senior management.
To be considered for the role of Management Accountant: Finalist CIMA / ACCA. QBE also considered.
Advanced Excel skills.
Understanding of financial and operational information and processes.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
An understanding of business metrics such as gross margin, EBITDA, cost analysis.
