Sales Consultant / Sales Executive who has excellent listening, communication and negotiation skills with the ability to use a consultative sales approach and build rapport quickly when speaking to potential new and/or existing customers is required for a well-established company.
SALARY: £30,000 - £33,000 per annum (DOE) + Commission
LOCATION: Home based with occasional travel to UK client sites
JOB TYPE: Full-Time, Permanent
WORKING HOURS: 37.5 hours per week, Monday - Friday, 8am - 6pm

We have a fantastic new job opportunity for a Sales Consultant / Sales Executivewho has excellent listening, communication and negotiation skills with the ability to use a consultative sales approach and build rapport quickly when speaking to potential new and/or existing customers.
As the Sales Consultant / Sales Executive you will be responsible for closing sales for a variety of Non-Clinical Services including Workplace Adjustment and Neuro Diversity Services, Disability Training and Consultancy and Health Coaching; discussing the various offerings with businesses of all sizes, including existing clients, and those from the wider organisations portfolio.
Experience within the occupational health / related industry is desirable but not essential as additional training will be provided and you must be willing to develop your knowledge and understanding of this sector.
Working as the Sales Consultant / Sales Executive you will be working towards an annual target that links to the overall team target and will be expected operate as part of a team, performing all key sales tasks & behaviours which lead to a healthy closing ratio.
DUTIES
Your duties and responsibilities as the Sales Consultant / Sales Executive
Responding to, developing and converting incoming sales enquiries, upselling complementary services where relevant
Identifying and developing relationships with strategic clients to maximise opportunity value
Quickly developing a deep understanding of non-clinical services offer in order to educate businesses
Working on targeted sales projects which may involve outbound calling i.e. following email campaigns
Use your authenticity, commercial awareness and communication skills to build strong relationships with key stakeholders within businesses
Consistently striving to attain/exceed your target
Working collaboratively to pass on client feedback to help us refine & improve the Non-Clinical Services offer
Utilise a consultative sales approach when speaking to potential new, and/or existing customers, to understand their objectives, budgets, and suggest potential solutions based on their requirements
Produce proposals for potential new and/or existing customers
Prepare and deliver virtual presentations to potential and/or existing Non-Clinical Services customers
Work with SME’s to develop tailored programmes of support where required
Work closely with Account Management teams where required to ensure a seamless experience for existing clients
Collaborate with internal departments, partners and associates, to cross-sell additional services that the organisation offer
Strictly maintain a pipeline of open leads and opportunities via the online sales system, Salesforce, managing your tasks frequently and following opportunity through until close
Attend weekly virtual team meetings
Attend strategy meetings and contribute to the development of Non-Clinical Services offer and its team
Attend small business exhibitions and events, networking and presenting the organisations brand
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
Previous sales experience is required
Knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, including; Outlook, Teams, Excel, Word and PowerPoint
Experience within the occupational health / related industry is desirable but not essential
Good diary management
Able to convey product enthusiasm and be persuasive
Highly organised
Professional telephone etiquette
Clear communication
Motivated for a target driven role
Confident using Salesforce CRM or confident to learn
