Our client is aiming to transition to a business partnering model which positions finance at the forefront of the business.  You’ll have ample opportunity to improve system and process and make departmental efficiencies.

Produce monthly management accounts for the multiple entities across multiple countries.

Ensure campaign profitability and other management information reports are produced in an accurate and timely fashion and that other management information reports are developed as appropriate.

Financial Planning and Analysis preparation, to include KPI management.

Cash management and reconciliation.

Assist with the development of accounting and management information reports

Assist with month end processes as required in order to ensure monthly timetables are met (including Balance Sheet analysis and reconciliations).

Assist with managing the accounting processes on a day to day basis, as appropriate aiding development and progression of other members of the accounts team.

Suitable Candidate for the Finance Manager vacancy:

Qualified accountant (ACMA/ACCA/ACA).

Some experience in monthly management accounts and the procedures required.

Awareness of international operations (US) would be useful.

Experience in Budget preparation.

Excellent spreadsheet skills.

Experience of Xero system is preferable.

Good communicator and able to work effectively with senior management across the business.

Ability to manage own workload and priorities effectively, whilst meeting key deadlines.

Ability to influence decision making processes through clear presentation of financials.
