The job responsibilities of the Security Officer are:
Applicant must hold a valid SIA Door Supervisor or Security Guarding licence.
First Aid at Work qualification ideal but training will be provided.
Flexibility with shifts as this role will include working nights on a rota basis, Monday to Sunday and covering sickness and annual holidays.
Willingness to attend training and cover shifts for other Regional FSI contracts.
Carry out patrols, supervise access, key and CCTV controls.
To ensure all Security Incident/Loss/Accident Reports are completed before shift handover.
To assess and report potential safety hazards so that remedial action may be taken.
Excellent customer service skills, experience working in a corporate environment is highly desirable.
Have a polite and professional attitude to internal and external customers.
The ability to work independently or as a team.
Must be computer literate.
Excellent level of English both written and spoken.
1 year minimum experience in the security industry
Front of house experience working at an industrial premises is highly desirable.
