Job Purpose
Managing a varied portfolio of clients, overseeing workflow, deadlines, and budgets.
Planning and undertaking assignments, striving to deliver service excellence.
Leading a team of accountants, reviewing work, providing constructive mentorship, and motivating those around you.
Owning responsibility of KPIs, including monthly billing forecasts and ensuring fee recovery rates are met.
Contributing to the firm’s growth by retaining existing clients and building relationships with prospective clients.
Building trusted and long-lasting client relationships, proactively handing queries.
Reviewing processes and implementing more efficient ways of service delivery.
Setting an example to junior staff as a hands-on senior manager.

ACA or ACCA qualified, with demonstrable experience within practice.
AAT qualification desirable.
