You will be responsible for managing and building a portfolio of accounts, and successfully sourcing high-quality candidates on a temporary basis, covering clients in the Bedfordshire area. This is a full time, permanent position working 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday (on-call flexibility required) and offers a competitive salary.
The day to day
Building and maintaining new and existing client relationships via various account management activities.
Identifying and converting potential customers effectively.
Attracting high-quality candidates via advertising, promotions, and referrals.
Conducting face-to-face and virtual interviews to recruit exceptional candidates.
Performing office administration in accordance with company protocols.
You will have/be
Previous account management and business development experience in a target driven environment (recruitment is desired but not essential).
A track record of successfully achieving targets and KPIs.
Excellent communication and relationship building skills.
