Your role as a Digital Account Manager will be to provide an exceptional customer experience to our clients, developing and implementing effective digital strategies with a strong focus on SEO and PPC for their accounts and building long term client relations.
Client retention is key, so having a clear vision of your clients aims and objectives throughout every project is essential. Working alongside the projects team, you will lead your accounts to ensure projects are delivered with excellent results, on time and on budget.
Hybrid working is expected as part of the Digital Account Manager role with two days minimum required in our office.
Key responsibilities.
Supported by and working closely with the Head of Client Services, you will be responsible for leading a number of key accounts providing insights and opportunities for account growth and development, whilst maintaining profitability and sustainability for the business.
* Lead on key digital accounts
* Reviewing and interpreting digital marketing reports and communicating key findings back to the client with informed recommendations to improve campaign performance
* Proactive account management, reviewing client accounts and seeking new opportunities and creating strategies through SEO/PPC to enhance brand exposure and to improve performance and ROI
