As a Guest Relations Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional guest experiences and maintaining strong relationships with guests at our client’s establishment. Your role involves handling guest inquiries, resolving complaints, coordinating special requests, and maintaining a positive image of the company ensuring seamless operations and guest satisfaction.
Customer facing:
Manage bookings, guest information and payments
Managing guest expectations, along with onsite guest support
Handling any sensitive data
Managing guest enquiries – phone/email/in-person
Upselling by organising/creating add-ons and packages
Managing effectively any guest complaints
Coordinating guest feedback
Housekeeping:
General understanding
Communicate and coordinate guest requests
Maintenance:
Basic overview
Basic H&S knowledge
Basic knowledge of how to fix.
