Job Purpose Be the first point of contact for a varied portfolio of clients and audits
Support the on-site team through work reviews, ongoing support and quality control
Oversee high-risk areas of audit files
Prepare statutory accounts, corporation tax computations and returns to support Audit Managers and Senior Managers
Supervise junior staff by reviewing work and providing constructive feedback
Build strong rapport with clients and proactively handling queries
Work to client expectations, budgets and deadlines
Champion your own professional development by learning from the experienced team
Lead strategic projects both in the office and as part of the wider firm
Manage your own time effectively and autonomously

The Successful Applicant ACCA or ACA qualified or equivalent
At least 3 years’ audit practice experience
Strong leadership skills to help develop junior members of the team
Good communication skills with the ability to liaise with clients and colleagues at all levels
Self-motivated with a passion for career progression and business development
Effective time and project management skills
Ambitious and enthusiastic to take on new challenges and learn from an experienced team
Methodical worker and proactive problem solver
Passionate about supporting and building relationships with a wide variety of clients
Proficient with IT applications such as Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
