Partner with the finance team ensuring that their needs and expectations are represented in the product backlog and development process.
Leading on finance related projects such as Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Sales Ledger and Financial products.

Contribute to the definition and continuous improvement of business analysis best practices, including self-development, to maximise effectiveness and productivity.
Evaluating potential solutions, assessing feasibility, and providing recommendations on the best course of action.
Supporting clients and understanding data dependencies along with system or other project impacts.
Identifying opportunities for process improvements and recommending innovative solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
The Candidate
Experience working in a Product Owner/Business Analysis role or similar.
Agile certifications Desirable.
Exposure to managing and coordinating finance biased projects.
Effective communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Able to commute to Leicester.
