An exciting opportunity has arisen within our Property & Asset Management team in Oxford, for a driven individual to join the team as an administrator. The post holder will take ownership of all relevant administrative duties, working alongside the property and asset management team providing efficient, high level support, including management of health and safety compliance, invoicing and client management, anti-money laundering checks and other compliance due diligence, call handling, typing and preparation of communications and documents, maintenance of file systems, diary management and other administrative duties as required. The ideal candidate will have experience of managing a varied workload, excellent team building skills and will be able to take a flexible approach when managing your priorities, ensuring deadlines are met.
