A career advancing opportunity to join a newly launched Beauty brand, shaking up the industry and growing within a super exciting and incredibly lucrative category. Working in a standalone Operations Manager role you position will be a crucial part of the business.
What will you do?
Manage and process customer orders from both D2C and Retailers, improving processes
Work alongside 3PL providers and liaise with supply chain to forecast stock levels
First point of contact for customer accounts dealing with any inbound enquiries
Raise purchase orders, chase suppliers and provide ETA updates
Provide aftercare support to customer accounts
Support the founder running sales analysis and reports
What do you need?
Previous experience working in an operational/coordinator position
Beauty/FMCG background is essential for the role
Experience working within a startup environment would be an advantage
Enthusiastic and comfortable working within a standalone role
Keen to progress and grow with the brand
